Job Responsibilities
- Deal with customer’s quotations, orders, and samples.
- Coordinate with other departments for customers’ requirements.
- Follow up on payment collection.
- Work with sales to maintain current business and achieve new business.
- Implement Environmental, Health, & Safety management system requirements.
- Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Related working experience in customer service function is preferred.
- Positive, optimistic, and customer-oriented working style.
- Responsible and excellent communication skills.
- Must be careful and patient.
- Excellent English (CET4 and above) and computer skills.
