Job Responsibilities:

A Field Sales Engineer supports the sales team (Area Sales Manager/Senior Country Sales Manager) in qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities through technical and customer-focused support.

• Identify current and future customer requirements by building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and organizing effective sales call plans and schedules.
• Support overall team objectives by contributing to sales and business development activities as required.
• Prepare sales and technical reports through data collection, analysis, and sales information summaries.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, or processes.
• Work closely with Inside Sales to coordinate billing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously enhance technical and product knowledge.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or immediate supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years experience in sales and the technology field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Transportation: At least a 2-wheeler.
