Indium Corporation’s Ball-Attach Flux WS-575-C-RT is designated halogen-free (“no-intentionally-added” halogens) and is designed for use in pin-transfer applications in BGA ball-attach assembly.
Indium Corporation’s WS-575-C-RT is the industry’s leading room temperature-stable ball-attach flux and eliminates issues with missing ball, weak joints, and voiding.
