As a product manager, Jim pursues market opportunities for ESM products, developing competitive knowledge, and driving adoption of our metal thermal interface material (TIM) products. He previously served as a product specialist with responsibility for researching and aligning customer needs with product capabilities to facilitate current and prospective business within the Engineered Solder Materials segment.
