Ross Berntson serves as President and CEO of Indium Corporation, a global materials science manufacturer delivering soldering, thermal management, and specialty alloy solutions to electronics and semiconductor manufacturers. He oversees strategy, global operations, and product innovation, guiding the company’s growth across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Berntson joined Indium Corporation in 1996 as a product specialist, advancing through leadership roles in technical support, market development, and international operations. As President of Indium Corporation’s Asia Holdings, he relocated to Singapore to strengthen the company’s regional footprint. He has led product launches, global expansions, and operational initiatives that have enhanced Indium Corporation’s reputation for innovation, technical excellence, and customer service.
