Indium Corporation, Utica's Technology Company™, announces the promotion of Herbert Ludowieg to Product Specialist for Engineered Solders.
Ludowieg will act as a technical liaison between Indium Corporation customers and internal departments, including sales, research and development, and operations. He will also perform experiments, write papers, and work with the global sales team to ensure that Indium Corporation's product offerings meet customer needs.
Ludowieg joined Indium Corporation in 2005 and has specialized in manufacturing, most recently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Indium Corporation's Utica Business Park facility. He has played an essential role in Indium Corporation's success with many top accounts in a variety of industries, including the implantable medical area. Ludowieg earned his bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering. He resides in New Hartford, N.Y.
