Indium Corporation announces that Jordan Ross has been promoted to senior product manager, Engineered Solders and Thermal Materials.
Jordan leads business for Indium Corporation’s most diverse product group: solder preforms, ribbon, and foil; thermal interface materials; and Heat-Spring®. By utilizing the strengths of Indium Corporation’s engineers, customer designers, and industry partners, Jordan has led the effort to bring new products and processes to market, including: metal-direct thermal interface materials (mdTIM) and semiconductor-grade (SG) preforms and ribbon.
Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York Institute of Technology. He is responsible for new product launches and the development and execution of regional and application strategies. Ross has presented at numerous industry forums and conferences.
