This year SMTAI is in Minneapolis from October 9 to October 12. I will be giving a paper on hotbar soldering in the morning on Thursday October 12, as part of the technical program. On Monday, October 9, in the afternoon, I will be presenting a workshop on “How to Select a Solder Paste for High Reliability and Yields” as one of the professional development courses. See Figure 1.
