Metals and Compounds Reclaim and Recycle Program

Indium and gallium are critical materials around the world. Their supply depends on steady production and enhanced recycling, making our recycling program vital, not optional. Indium Corporation provides specialized recycling services for the electronics, semiconductor, display, battery, and other specialty material industries.

Our program is designed to cater to materials that contain indium or gallium, including:

ITO, IZO, IGZO, IWO sputtering targets

Solder and Solder Dross Reclaim and Recycle Program

Indium Corporation not only sells solder bars but also operates a cutting-edge solder reclaim program. This initiative utilizes advanced electrolytic recycling processes to eliminate organic and metallic impurities from tainted tin-lead, lead-free solder, and solder dross.

Acceptable recycling materials:

Tin-lead and lead-free soft solder and solder dross containing major components of tin, lead, silver, and copper with virtually any minor metal contaminants

Other soft solder alloys that contain greater than 1% bismuth, zinc, cadmium, or other metals may be acceptable but must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the solder is known to contain these other metals then the solder or dross should be segregated from normal solder and dross.
