高纯镓

Gallium is at the foundation of the modern world, powering the semiconductor material without which modern communication technology would be impossible. WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and electric vehicles all depend on gallium based semiconductors (GaAs and GaN). To manufacture these semiconductors, metallic gallium is needed to construct the source materials (wafer crystals and epitaxial wafers).
