Ed knows how Indium’s products are made, and how to help you get the most out of them. Back in 1990, Ed began his journey with Indium Corporation. When I met him in 2005, he was managing our flux department, but he worked in many other departments up to that point. He made a bold move to the Technical Service team soon after. Currently Ed supports customers in the Southeast United States and Eastern Canada. At The Indium Corporation, he is the go-to tech guy for reflow profiling; Ed is one of the leading experts on the topic, and has even been featured in a book: “Profiling Guide for Six Sigma” by Brian O’Leary (KIC).
Speaking of six-sigma, Ed has a green belt certification from Dartmouth College, is an SMTA-certified engineer, and has his own blog on SMT related issues.
