I will be presenting a workshop on “Understanding and Troubleshooting Voiding in Bottom Terminated Components (BTCs)." BTCs are one of the most common components in use today. If voids form between the BTC thermal plane and the PWB pad, reliability may be compromised. This one-hour workshop will help you to understand howtocontrol these voids.
