There will be two sessions on Wednesday, Aug. 5, during International Microwave Symposium's (IMS) virtual conference. In her webinar 5G Connectivity: Challenges and Gold Solutions, Gallery will discuss the challenges and present solutions that can improve the thermal transfer of high-output lasers, as well as solve the weak joint issue on the gold-rich substrate of gallium nitride (GaN) dies.
