Fengying (Alice) Zhou is a research chemist for Indium Corporation’s research and development team in China. She joined Indium Corporation in 2010 and is based in Suzhou, China. Fengying is responsible for developing SMT assembly solder materials, with an emphasis on developing additives, which enhance the thermal reliability of lead-free solder pastes. Additionally, she provides support to the global R&D team.
