With its commitment to innovation and growth through employee development, Indium Corporation announces that Senior Product Development Specialist Kevin Brennan and Marketing Communications Specialist Jordan Carroll were recognized with SMTA Next Gen 10 Awards at SMTA International (SMTAI), held October 19-23 in Rosemont, Illinois.
The SMTA Next Gen 10 Program recognizes young leaders who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and contributions to the advancement of the electronics manufacturing industry. This year, SMTA selected 10 emerging leaders who are making a measurable impact within their organizations and the broader technical community.
As Senior Product Development Specialist, Brennan collaborates closely with Indium Corporation’s R&D and Marketing teams to bring innovative soldering solutions to market. He plays a pivotal role in developing advanced materials for PCB assembly applications that address evolving customer and industry needs. Brennan’s work exemplifies Indium Corporation’s dedication to delivering cutting-edge solutions that improve reliability and performance in electronics manufacturing.
As Marketing Communications Specialist, Carroll plays a key role in shaping Indium Corporation’s global brand presence. She manages the execution of international trade shows and events to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer engagement. In addition, she leads Indium Corporation’s global email marketing strategy and oversees promotional inventory management to ensure alignment with marketing objectives. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Carroll also serves as the vice president of marketing for the SMTA Empire chapter, where she supports regional growth and professional development for industry members.
Brennan holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University at Buffalo and a master’s degree in engineering management from Clarkson University. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified SMT Process Engineer.
Carroll earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing with a concentration in digital marketing communications from Siena University. She is also a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI).
