三塩化ガリウム (EZ-Pour®)
Gallium trichloride (GaCl3), also known as gallium chloride, is essential in the MOCVD industry. It’s a key component in creating the gallium precursor Tri-Methyl-Gallium (TMG) for growing GaN layers in CVD processes. Additionally, it’s used in making lithium thionyl chloride (LTC) batteries for oil and gas drilling operations and in producing gallium-based quantum dots like GaP. Indium Corporation offers an exclusive, high-purity, granulated form called EZ-Pour®, known for its safety, integrity, and ease of use.
