Eric Rightmier has joined Indium Corporation as Help Desk Technician. He is responsible for resolving IT Help Desk requests, including, but not limited to, resolving hardware and software problems, providing employee training, and troubleshooting. Rightmier earned his bachelor’s degree in cyber security and information assurance, and his master’s degree in cyber security with a concentration in cyber operations from Utica College in New York. During his time at Utica College, Eric served as a User Services Assistant at the campus help desk. In this capacity, he gained experience in resolving hardware and network problems, installed and configured operating systems and hardware, and responded to IT help requests.
Zachary Robert has been hired as a Business Systems Analyst with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems group. Robert works with department users and stakeholders to align requirements and business processes with ERP system functionality. His ongoing responsibilities will be to ensure a positive user experience while serving as a liaison between the technology teams, the ERP group, and the various business units. Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with a minor in Project Management from Clarkson University. While at Clarkson, Robert gained intern experience that enabled him to work with people and processes across multiple departments, much like his role as Business Systems Analyst. He has also worked alongside his father in the family construction business since the age of 13, and part-time as Assistant Manager at Clarkson’s fitness center.
