Indium Corporation has named Anne McKerrow as employee engagement manager.
McKerrow is responsible for key human resource team functions, including the administration of a performance management process, leading workforce development initiatives, and coordinating various company-sponsored activities and events.
McKerrow joined Indium Corporation in 1997 as an international sales associate for the inside sales team. In 2007, she was promoted to business process manager and has worked on designing and streamlining sales processes for the global customer service and sales teams. Most recently, McKerrow served as the talent acquisition manager where she was responsible for developing, managing, and administering all talent acquisition strategies, programs, policies, and procedures for the Americas.
McKerrow earned a degree in business management from Utica College of Syracuse University. She resides in Poland, N.Y.
