職務内容：
エリアセールスマネージャーは、担当地域における事業の成長促進、販売目標の達成、および顧客関係の強化において極めて重要な役割を担っています。この役職は、会社の目標や顧客の期待に沿うことを確保しつつ、効果的な販売計画の策定、担当地域の管理、市場開拓、および収益創出を担当します。
- 担当エリアの売上目標および目的を達成、あるいは上回る。
- 製品、用途、市場に関する深い知識を常に維持し、顧客に対して効果的なアドバイスを行い、影響力を発揮する。
- 顧客および戦略的取引先内の主要な意思決定者との強固な関係を構築・維持する。
- 綿密な計画、予測、および事業管理を通じて、担当地域の業績を効果的に管理します。
- 最小限の監督のもと、複雑な営業状況、大口顧客、および顧客からのエスカレーションに、プロフェッショナルな対応を行う。
- お客様からの問い合わせ、サービスのご要望、および業務上のニーズには、迅速に対応してください。
- 社内の各チームと緊密に連携し、顧客の期待に沿った対応と、ビジネスの円滑な遂行を確保する。
- 市場の動向や競合他社の動向を注視し、新たなビジネスチャンスを見出す。
- 市場拡大や事業成長に向けた取り組みについて、経営陣にアイデアや提言を提出する。
- 承認された予算の範囲内で事業活動を管理する。
- Be prepared to travel overseas up to 50% as required for business operations.
